Welcome to MuneQo Plastic Crates. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website muneqocuwe.org and the purchase of our products and services. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By using our website, requesting quotes, or purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
MuneQo Plastic Crates manufactures and supplies plastic storage crates for agricultural use, primarily serving vegetable farms in Cameron Highlands and throughout Malaysia. All product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Product images and descriptions on our website are for illustrative purposes and may vary from actual products.
All orders are subject to acceptance by MuneQo Plastic Crates. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed in your order acknowledgment.
Custom orders may require additional lead time and are subject to different terms, which will be communicated separately. Bulk order pricing is available and will be quoted individually based on quantity and specifications.
Payment terms will be specified in your order confirmation. For new customers, payment in advance may be required. We accept bank transfers, corporate cheques, and other payment methods as agreed. Late payments may incur additional charges as permitted by law.
Delivery terms and schedules will be specified in your order confirmation. While we strive to meet delivery dates, they are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery to the specified address or pickup location.
Delivery charges are additional unless otherwise specified. The buyer is responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified time and location.
Our products are manufactured to high standards using quality materials. We warrant our products against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from delivery. This warranty covers material defects but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from improper handling.
Claims under warranty must be made in writing within 30 days of discovery of the defect. Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Returns are accepted only for defective products or errors on our part. Custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective. Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery and are subject to our approval.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or product defect. Returned products must be in original condition and packaging.
Our liability for any claim arising from or related to our products or services is limited to the purchase price of the products. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of MuneQo Plastic Crates and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia. You consent to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any legal proceedings.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or material shortages.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
